Billing it as “a night of Broadway, bodies, and Bolognese,” Encore of Hibbing returns with its highly anticipated dinner-and-a-show. The show is “Breaking Legs,” set in an Italian restaurant. The dinner (gourmet Italian) is created and plated by acclaimed area chef Audrey Johnson.
According to co-director and ensemble member Marty Rice, “People will be entertained. They’ll have a good time, and you can’t beat the food.”
“Breaking Legs” will be staged on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 8-9 and Nov. 15-16, at Zimmy’s Restaurant and Lounge in Hibbing. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m., with the show beginning at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 each. Advance ticketing is required. The comedy is regarded as PG-13, for occasional coarse language and suggestive adult situations.
